Order Processing Time:

• Orders placed before midday (12:00 PM) are typically processed and shipped on the same day.
• Orders placed after midday will generally be processed and shipped the following business day.

Shipping Partners:

• We ship using trusted carriers such as FedEx and Australia Post to ensure reliable and secure delivery of your items.
• Please note that both Australia Post and FedEx are unable to deliver bulky items to PO Boxes. If you are ordering larger items, please provide a physical street address during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times can vary based on your location. Below are our general delivery estimates for standard shipping:

• Brisbane & Gold Coast: Overnight delivery for most orders.
• Sunshine Coast and areas further north: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
• Sydney: Typically delivered within 1-2 business days.
• Melbourne: Expect delivery within 2-3 business days.
• Adelaide / Darwin: Estimated delivery within 4-6 business days.
• Perth / Hobart: Estimated delivery within 4-8 business days.

Insurance for Delicate Items: Please ensure you obtain shipping insurance at checkout if you have ordered delicate items or products that may be prone to freight damage such as headlamps, doors, and moulds. Insurance is generally available as a low-cost add-on during checkout.

Order Tracking: You can monitor and track your orders using the order IDs that will be emailed to you upon shipment.

Returns Policy:

• Returns are accepted at the purchaser’s return cost.
• Electrical items are non-returnable.
• Items must be returned within 25 days of receiving them.
• Special ordered parts may not be returnable.
